AI4NTP ("AI4NTP", "we", "us") runs free live sessions and content for people learning to use and build with AI. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to run the sessions and stay in touch.
- Information you give us. When you sign up, register for a session, apply to be a guest, or contact us, we collect things like your name, email address, the interests or goals you share, and any message you send.
- Event participation. If you join a live session, the host platform (for example Zoom) and our event tools may record your registration, attendance, chat messages, questions, and anything you submit through our live audience tools.
- Usage and device data. Like most websites, we automatically collect basic analytics such as pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, browser, and device, through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To send you session invites, replays, our newsletter, and related updates.
- To run, improve, and measure our sessions and content.
- To respond to your messages, guest applications, and booking requests.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
Legal bases (EU/UK users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information based on your consent (for example, joining our email list, which you can withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests in running and promoting our sessions, and, where applicable, to comply with the law.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed. These include, for example:
- Hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase)
- Analytics (Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics)
- Email and newsletter (Beehiiv, Google Workspace)
- Live sessions and registration (Zoom, Eventbrite)
- Scheduling and bookings (Google Calendar and our operators' booking tools)
- Embedded media (YouTube)
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Your rights and choices
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message.
- Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data.

Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our sessions and content, and to meet legal or operational requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International users
We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and elsewhere. By using the site, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.
Children's privacy
Our site and sessions are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated by email.
