What is Viktor?

Viktor is an autonomous AI coworker that lives inside your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace. It connects to 3,200+ business tools (Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Google Ads, GitHub, Shopify, and more) with real read and write access, so it can pull live data, run analysis, build reports and spreadsheets, manage campaigns, and deliver finished outputs directly in the channels you invite it to.

One Viktor is shared by the whole team: anyone can at-mention it with a request ('how many appointments did we book this week?') and it goes and checks the connected systems. There is a free tier to get a feel for it, with paid plans for heavier use.

How and why we use Viktor at AI4NTP

Alec Saluga brought Viktor to Session 009's office hours as his answer for people who will never wire up an MCP. His framing was proximity: the win with AI is condensing how many tools you jump between, and if your team already lives in Slack, Viktor is just there. Hook up QuickBooks, Stripe, or HubSpot once, then at-mention it in a channel and it pulls the numbers.

His honest caveat: he is a Claude Code and Codex person and does not fully utilize Viktor himself. He recommends it precisely for the opposite audience, the operator who wants agent leverage with zero technical setup. A lot of what we do with OpenClaw, Claude Code, and Codex is stringing APIs and MCPs together, which is not practical for most people; Viktor is the off-the-shelf version of that, with a free tier that makes trying it a no-brainer.
