Ian brought up Boardy while answering Session 007's AI-avatar question (how long until an AI version of the hosts could run a believable session). His evidence that the pieces are close: Boardy can sit in on your Zoom calls, listen, and afterwards you talk with it by voice to debrief how the call went and how to do it better.
The takeaway we took: a voice AI with real context from your meetings is, in Ian's words, one step from an avatar, "all they need to do is add that to almost like a Snapchat filter on a face that looks like you." He put the building blocks at six months to a year out; Alec took the over at two and a half. Either way, meeting-native voice AI is worth trying now.
