HyperFrames is an open-source HTML-to-video framework. You write video compositions with HTML, CSS, and GSAP, and it renders them to a deterministic MP4 (the same input always produces the same output). It is designed so AI agents can generate real video programmatically from code instead of a manual editor.
An editor's pick, not yet demoed on an episode. We are flagging HyperFrames because it fits the AI4NTP thesis of letting agents do the work: if HTML can be a video format, an agent can generate repeatable videos from code instead of clicking around a timeline. We have not run it through a live build yet, but it is open source, so there is nothing to lose by trying it.
