It lets you search for, buy, and manage domain names, the web address people type to find your site, along with services like web hosting, SSL certificates, and email hosting. It's one of the larger domain registrars, known for competitive pricing and frequent promotions on new domain purchases.
Once you own a domain through Namecheap, you point it at wherever your site actually lives, a hosting provider, a page builder, or a platform like Vercel, and manage renewals, DNS settings, and privacy protection from one dashboard.
